Simon Adrian Carrillo Fernandez managed the world’s largest McDonald’s location, and, according to his co-workers, he never forgot an employee’s birthday, always bringing in a cake and taking pictures to celebrate. Simon was killed alongside his partner Oscar Aracena-Montero with whom he had recently purchased a home in Kissimmee, FL.
